Estates

When someone dies and they have a will it is usually necessary for the executors named in the will to apply to the high court for a grant of probate. We can prepare the necessary documentation for the grant of probate and assist the executors with the winding up of the estate once probate has been granted.

If a person dies without a will they die intestate. Depending on the assets that the deceased person has at the  date of their death, it may be necessary to apply to the high court for letters of administration. We can prepare the documents for this and assist the administrator with the winding up of the estate.
