We recommend that you do not sign an agreement for sale and purchase until such time as you have discussed it with us. If you have used a real estate agent to sell your property you should arrange for the agent to send us the agreement that you propose entering into so we can check it before you sign the agreement, and if necessary include additional provisions in the agreement that we deem necessary for your protection.

When the agreement has been signed by both the vendor and the purchaser simply fax or email it to us, and let your real estate agent know that we are acting on your behalf. We will then start the ball rolling from there. We can then ensure that your interests are protected at all times through the sale process. Remember that real estate agents obligations are to the vendor only not the purchaser, so if you are buying it is important that you get us to check the agreement before you sign it.
